To create a quiz, its typically good to have the entire lesson written down in a notes application or on paper so you can reference the quiz correctly. If you have an idea of how you want the quiz to be, either multiple choice, fill in the blank, single choice, free choice, sorting in order, assessment, or even open answers to be graded, it will help with the creation of the quiz. One of the good things about the quizzes is, you can also just create a quiz with no true lesson, perhaps from a video conference call or other video/ audio session and then have your students take the quiz.
